Hooglie Homes, LLC is a real estate investment company where we buy homes for cash! We are located in South Florida and operate in the tri-county area of Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade. We also service the Northern Virginia area with our team of dedicated professionals who can assist in either English or Spanish. We chose these locations as they are both melting pots of diverse cultures with a shared passion of community and unity. Our goal, much like our vision statement, is to make the environment we live in better for those around us through real estate. We know that a home is not just a place, it is an extension of yourself. Wondering where our name came from? Our team loves to travel and learn about the people, cultures and world we live in. During our most recent backpacking adventure, we landed in Copenhagen, Denmark. It was here that we stumbled across a word constantly used by the locals, Hygge. Despite the cold winter air and frigid rain, the people of Denmark were always smiling and in great spirits. Amidst these harsh conditions, it was the Hygge mindset adopted by the people of Denmark which allowed them to stay positive and happy. It was much more than just a word, it was a feeling. It means fun, cozy and comfortable and that is the atmosphere that we provide here! ​
